You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card through my online shop which is powered by a highly respected American system called Stripe.

I can also accept Paypal or bank transfer payments for email orders. If you prefer to pay this way please contact me with all the details of the item/s you would like to order, how you would like to pay and your contact details.

Special orders

If you would like to order something that is shown as 'sold out', or a listed item but in another colour, or a set with a non-standard number of items, or some other special order please get in touch. I am in the studio all the time anyway making things so it is no trouble to make up something a little different for you.

I can also work closely with you to make up special commissions. This involves in-depth discussions, protoyping, colour tests and revisions to ensure that you end up with the piece/s you dreamed off. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas.


I ordered some as a gift, and as they were made to order and posted to me I was a bit concerned about how long it would take and breakages in the post... but Jane made the mugs super fast, and they arrived beautifully and carefully packaged, all in one piece! If items are in stock I aim to dispatch them within 3 working days of receiving your order. You will be informed when your item is dispatched.

If your order is a gift or needed for a specific date please let me know and I will do my best to ensure that it is with you in time.

Any items that are not in stock will be made up to order. You will be informed if this is the case. I work to a monthly firing cycle so please allow a month for pieces to be made up and fired.

Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. This entails 2 layers of bubble wrap per order, gift-wrapping, all items then wrapped together in more bubble wrap to prevent rattling, sturdy double wall cardboard box, packing such as air pockets or peanuts to keep the contents securely in place, sealing with strong parcel tape and fragile tape and clear addressing.

All UK orders are sent out by Royal Mail using their second class signed for service which provides the security of tracking at a reasonable price. They aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.

If your order is found to be defective or damaged on arrival please let me know by email within 5 days of receipt. A photograph of the problem is helpful. I will be happy to replace or exchange your item. In some instance you may be required to return the original item to me.

Ceramics care information

All pieces are food-safe as well as microwave and dishwasher safe. They can be placed in a low oven for warming, but are not designed for oven cooking.

All my work is high-fired stoneware which results in a non-porous and robust piece. With care they will last thousands of years! However, like all ceramics, chips, cracks and breakages can occur if they are dropped or treated roughly. 

To take best care of your pots, avoid sudden and extreme changes of temperature, take a moment to be aware when picking up or moving the piece and carefully wash by hand. These moments of care-taking can become an opportunity to really notice and get to know your pot so enjoy them.

International shipping

Anything you would like to order can be shipped to anywhere in the world.

I will then calculate the postage and invoice you. You will be liable for any customs charges payable upon delivery.




Please first get in touch if you are unsatisfied with your order so that we can resolve any issues!

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason you can arrange for it to be returned and refunded. This must be done within 5 days of receipt.

  1. Please notify me that you would like to make return
  2. Carefully pack the item and post it back to the address I will provide. You are liable for return postage charges. (See Parcelforce packing guidelines for advice on how to best pack your parcel)
  3. After receipt and inspection of your parcel your refund will be issued. This is normally issued as a personal discount code to the value of your original purchase. If you would prefer to have the money refunded back to you please let me know in your initial notification.

Course cancellations

If you need to cancel your place on a course for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible, and at least 1 week before the course starts.

You will receive a refund of your fees paid minus an admin charge of £10.

Cancellations made less than 1 week before the start date cannot be refunded. You may however transfer the place to another person if you are able to find a person to attend in your place - if so, please send me their name & contact details.

Missed classes

Your course fee entitles you to one place on each of the scheduled sessions for the specified course. It is your choice how many of the classes you attend. However, if you are unable to attend for any reason please note that it is not possible to swap you onto another session or rearrange additional times.
