Ottolenghi's new Nopi cookbook is out - and some of my work can be seen peeping out from behind his amazing food! I love his food so it's a huge honour.

The beautiful photographs were styled by Sanjana Lovekin and shot by- such a talented duo. Book design is by Caz Hildebrand of the Hackney based Here Design, whom I worked with to produce a small book in my previous life as museum manager. A lovely surprise to see familiar faces recur in an entirely new situation.
